The Pilates Method is a whole system carried out on various pieces of equipment designed by Joseph Pilates. There are two foundations to the method; they are the mat exercises and the equipment. Most people now are familiar with the mat work as it is commonly taught, it is a portable tool and can go with you wherever you go.
Everyone has a different body and therefore everybody ́s progress is at different rates. My job as your teacher is to use the system and equipment to best help you and your body.
